So. You can be inspired by someone else's character, of course.
But when you start stealing, word for word, their headcannons or facts, and changing them, just a little bit, to make them look like 'your own', that's considered stealing.
Honestly, I've noticed more and more of this shit happening. Whether it being on Facebook or on here.
And since I'm not a vague fuckface, I'm just going to point out the direct problem.
She's probably not the only one that's done this. And no. I'm not trying to 'harass' her, at all.

You have your own brain. You don't need your OC to be exactly like someone else's, especially when they've worked hard to create a good character, while you've, what, taken multiple facts from a few well-created OC's and thrown them into yours?

Seriously people. Create your own fucking characters. You have a brain, and, you don't know how pissed off some people get when you steal their original facts that have taken forever to create!
Besides, I've noticed a lot of Mary Sues on here. A lot.
